Nat has supported both of my kids in secondary school and has had a significant impact; especially for my son, Charlie. He has needed pastoral care all throughout his schooling and in each setting has found that one adult that 'gets' him. Nat became like a second mum to him and has seen him at his worst and his best.
Charlie has navigated mental health crises, an adhd diagnosis, school avoidance, panic attacks and anxiety and through each one has been not only supported by Nat but also cared for.

During my daughter's time in secondary school Nat supported her in all aspects for 5 years including with school refusal, sleep issues and emotional dysregulation. My daughter was diagnosed with ASD and had serious mental health difficulties. Nat provided one to one talking sessions twice weekly as well as drawing therapy. My daughter looked forward to these sessions. She also liaised with school and other bodies including CAMHS to ensure my daughter's needs were addressed and met. This was especially important when it came to GCSE exams. My daughter's journey was challenging and turbulent to say the least but with Nat's support, she came out the other side with amazing exam results and more importantly as a confident young woman, with self-belief and a passion for learning, feeling able to look to a positive future, the next step being A levels. The support Nat has provided not only to my daughter but also to me has been invaluable. Without this I think the outcome would have been different. I cannot thank her and recommend her enough.
