baby and children sleep support

As a trained sleep practitioner, I offer compassionate, evidence-based support for families struggling with sleep challenges in babies, children, and young people. Sleep is fundamental to brain development, emotional regulation, behaviour, and overall wellbeing — yet it’s often overlooked when supporting children and families.

Drawing on my background in trauma, attachment, and child development, I take a holistic and relationship-focused approach to sleep support. I work with families to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, without using rigid routines or "cry-it-out" methods that can feel overwhelming or misaligned with a child’s emotional needs.

My support can help with:

  • Frequent night waking
  • Difficulty falling asleep
  • Early rising
  • Sleep anxiety or refusal (often seen in older children)
  • Sleep regressions and disrupted routines
  • The impact of trauma, neurodivergence, or attachment issues on sleep
  • Parental exhaustion and its effect on the whole family

I tailor every plan to each child and family, taking into account their unique needs, developmental stage, and emotional world. Whether your child is a baby, toddler, or teenager, I offer gentle guidance and reassurance to help you create a calmer, more settled night — and a better day.

  • follow up email to ask anything sleep related.


Personalised sleep plan - £300

personalised sleep plan tailored to help you achieve your sleep goal.

  • Sleep assessment- in depth sleep questionnaire and 2 week sleep diary to be reviewed prior to consultation.
  • 60 minute face to face consultation to discuss sleep challenges and set goals
  • personalised sleep plan, emailed following consultation.
  • follow up emails for 3 weeks (max once a day)


Sleep transformation £500

 personalised sleep plan tailored to help you achieve your sleep goal and ongoing support.

  • Sleep assessment- in depth sleep questionnaire and 2 week sleep diary to be reviewed prior to consultation.
  • 60 minute face to face consultation to discuss sleep challenges and set goals
  • personalised sleep plan, emailed following consultation.
  • 30 minute follow up meeting or call to review plan and any additional challenges
  • follow up emails for 4 weeks (max once a day)
